PROPERTY MATRIX CO. LIMITED, popularly going by its acronym PML is a limited liability company incorporated under Cap. 212 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania with Certificate of Incorporation No. 14583 issued in 1987. Its main objective is to provide consultancy services in Land Acquisition, Valuation of all types of assets (including computerization of Fixed Assets Register, Valuation for Compensation, Mortgage Valuation, Insurance Valuation), Resettlement Baseline Surveys, Environment and Social Governance (ESG), Land Surveying, Human Rights Impact Assessment (HRIA), as well as Community Health, Safety and Security (CHSS) Baseline and Impact Assessment.
With over thirty-five years (35) experience, and adhering to international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) PML is well positioned to settle investors and assist them to ensure project success.
